Roderick Diaz

Roderick Diaz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, ABA instructor, and Co-Founder of R&C PrepXam Corp. With an academic background in psychology and graduate training in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis, he brings a strong foundation in behavior assessment, treatment planning, data-based decision making, skill acquisition, behavior reduction, caregiver collaboration, and the supervision of behavior-analytic services.

As a BCBA, Roderick focuses on translating behavioral principles into individualized, evidence-based interventions that are practical, socially meaningful, and culturally responsive. His clinical approach emphasizes ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness, treatment integrity, and collaboration across caregivers and treatment teams. As an instructor and supervisor, he places particular emphasis on ethical decision-making, conceptual understanding, and the development of strong clinical judgment in future behavior analysts.

Claudia Diaz

Claudia Diaz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, ABA instructor, and Co-Founder of R&C PrepXam Corp. Her clinical approach emphasizes ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness, collaboration with caregivers and treatment teams, and respect for the values, routines, and cultural context of those she serves. Through her work with clients, RBTs, and developing behavior analysts, she promotes ethical, compassionate, and technically sound ABA across home, school, and community settings.

Student Services & Compliance Coordinator

Melissa Herrera

Melissa Herrera serves as Student Services & Compliance Coordinator for R&C PrepXam Corp, supporting the organization's ABA operations. She helps coordinate caregiver communication, scheduling, required documentation, staff readiness, and other administrative processes that support the delivery of services.

Melissa assists caregivers with scheduling appointments and navigating administrative needs related to care, while also tracking required records, coordinating timely submissions, and monitoring training and credentialing requirements for staff. Her work helps maintain organized, dependable systems that support caregivers, clinical teams, and the day-to-day operational needs of the agency.
