R&C PrepXam Corp was founded in 2018 with a mission to strengthen the quality of Applied Behavior Analysis through both professional education and clinical services. What began as an academy focused on helping future behavior-analytic professionals build strong knowledge and practical skills has grown into an organization that brings that same emphasis on preparation, ethical practice, and evidence-based decision-making into ABA care.

Today, R&C PrepXam Corp operates as both an ABA provider and an academy. Our BCBAs use individualized assessment, ongoing data analysis, clinical judgment, and caregiver collaboration to develop treatment that supports meaningful communication, independence, adaptive functioning, social participation, and everyday quality of life.

Education remains central to who we are. Through supervision, training, and continued professional development, we invest in the clinicians delivering care while working closely with families to keep services practical, culturally responsive, collaborative, and continuously evaluated as needs change.
